The editorial emphasis of this magazine is for collectors of antiques and works of art and for students of early American social history and culture. Its feature articles deal with furniture, painting, sculpture, prints, architecture, ceramics, glass, and textiles. Some focus is also placed on the arts and antiquities of western European countries and England from the seventeenth through the nineteenth centuries.
