Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

We process all orders within 2 business days of purchase. After processing, your subscription is submitted to the publisher for fulfillment.

Based on our historical order data, you can expect your first issue to arrive within the following timeframes from the date of purchase:

Important Note: These are estimates provided by the publishers. While the vast majority of orders arrive within these windows, occasional publisher delays may occur. If you have not received your first issue within the maximum timeframe shown above, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate on your behalf.


Refund Policy (All Orders, Including Renewals)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy applies to all orders, including renewal subscriptions.

  • Within 30 Days of Purchase: Cancel anytime for a full refund. No questions asked.

  • 31–90 Days of Purchase: Cancel for a partial refund (50% of the order value), as the publisher has already begun fulfilling your subscription.

  • After 90 Days of Purchase: Refunds cannot be issued, as the subscription is well into its fulfillment cycle.

All refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.


International Shipping

At this time, we only deliver magazine subscriptions to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.


Automatic Renewals

We believe in complete transparency. We do not automatically renew your subscription and we do not store your payment information.

When your current subscription is nearing its expiration, we will send you a courtesy email reminder. If you wish to continue, you must place a new renewal order through our website. If you choose not to renew, your subscription will simply end. You are always in full control.

Please Note: Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply to prices from auction sites, third-party marketplace sellers, or retailers who are not authorized distributors. We also cannot match prices that result from typographical errors, closeout sales, or membership-only club prices.

Renewing Your Subscription

Renewing with SlickMagazines.com is simple:

  1. Visit our website and place a new order for the magazine you wish to continue.

  2. Enter your name and address exactly as they appear on your current magazine mailing label. This ensures the publisher matches your new order to your existing subscription.

  3. Your credit card will be charged at the time of your renewal order.

  4. Your new subscription term will begin immediately after your current one expires.

All renewal orders are covered by the same 30-day full refund policy listed above.


Duplicate Copies

If you ever receive two copies of the same magazine, please contact our customer support team right away. We will work with the publisher to correct your delivery and ensure you receive only one copy moving forward.
